Today, IO Solutions Call Center Inc., a Canadian leader in customer experience outsourcing officially opened the doors of its newest call center in Charlottetown at 69 Belvedere Ave.
The new site will immediately have the capacity to accommodate 150 seats and is expected to accommodate over 300 seats by January 2019.
IO Solutions is experiencing year over year growth and expanding into this state-of-the-art call center facility will support this growth and allow it to attract the best and brightest Cantonese, Mandarin, French and English speaking talents Charlottetown and PEI has to offer.
Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Prince Edward Island, IO Solutions Call Center Inc., has provided its clients and partners with multilingual delivery optimized by skill-based routing and analytics for their B2B and B2C needs.

To celebrate the opening, there will be a ribbon cutting ceremony today with the IO Solutions senior leadership team, employees and members of the Charlottetown community.
