Responsibilities

  • Answer telephone calls from our customers, advise them and offer solutions adapted to their needs
  • Establish a climate of trust with your client to promote the sale of products/services and customer retention
  • Ensure the customer a caring, courteous and efficient service
  • Offer your customer a unique experience reflected by the quality of your service
  • Act as an expert of our products and services

Qualifications

  • Fluent English and French
  • Good French conversational skills (able to read and write in French)
  • High school diploma completed (or equivalence)
  • Be customer focused, have a positive attitude, empathy and good listening skills
  • Ability to work in a computing environment
  • Ability to do many tasks simultaneously
  • Punctuality and respect of working hours
