Qualifications

  • Excellent English and French communication skills (spoken and written)

  • Possess excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Be self-motivated, reliant, trustworthy, and disciplined 
  • Must communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, support staff and customers
  • Courtesy, patience and energy are important qualifications for this position
  • Ability to work in a computer environment (basic knowledge of Windows and Internet browsing)
  • Must operate computer or other equipment independently
  • Must have an internet speed of at least 50 Mbps 
  • Employees must have a Modem and be able to connect LAN cables
