Front Desk Receptionist (Montreal)

Job description

IO Solutions is looking for a full-time bilingual Front Desk Receptionist for its Montreal office. The receptionist will be responsible for assisting the Human Resources department by performing various administrative tasks. The selected candidate will work closely with the department’s managing team. We offer the opportunity to work in a dynamic work environment composed of a young, energetic and motivated team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and emails
  • Transmit messages to recipients
  • Professionally reply to messages and questions received from candidates
  • Welcome and guide visitors
  • Data entry
  • Assist Human Resources in administrative tasks
  • Conduct reference checks for candidates
  • Perform any other related tasks

Qualifications

  • Excellent French and English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of the Office suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Neat appearance and loves to smile
  • Professional and punctual
  • Dynamic and responsible
  • Organized and discreet
