Qualifications

  • Must be bilingual (French and English) or Must be fluent in French
  • Being customer-focused, having a positive attitude and empathy
  • Being patient and attentive; excellent listening skills
  • Courtesy, patience and energy are important qualifications for this position
  • Excellent communication skills and good analysis
  • Ability to work in a computer environment (basic knowledge of Windows and Internet browsing)
  • Ability to do many tasks simultaneously
  • Punctuality and respect for work schedules
