Job description

IO Solutions is looking for English-speaking or bilingual (English and French) candidates who have a passion for social media, who enjoy building relationships with clients and love to take on sales challenges through phone interactions. Under the supervision of the Team Leader, the Sales Representative will be responsible for providing digital marketing solutions to companies allowing them to increase their online visibility. Responsibilities

  • Help small and medium businesses across Canada with their digital marketing solutions by making them more visible online
  • Contact potential clients through cold-calling
  • Acquire new business clients and develop existing clients’ portfolios
  • Research potential business clients, study their profile and become familiar with their business activities and objectives
  • Present most appropriate solutions tailored to your potential client’s needs (website, social media presence, search engine visibility, online directory visibility, etc.)
  • Provide attentive, courteous and efficient customer service
  • Provide a unique experience through the quality of your service delivery
  • Act as an expert of our products and services

Qualifications

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; knowledge of French is an asset
  • Must be comfortable with cold-calling business prospects
  • Must have a passion for sales and digital marketing
  • Must have a passion for modern technologies, social media & the web
  • Strong ability to take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions
  • Ability to organize, break down and clearly articulate thoughts and ideas
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a self-directed & autonomous way
  • Customer focused, positive attitude, empathy and good listening skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, computer environment
  • Ability to multi-task
