Site Director (Charlottetown, PEI)

Job description

Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, the primary goal of the Site Director is to make sure that all clients KPIs are met. The Site Director will be responsible of managing, coaching and developing the Team Leaders to reach set objectives. The successful candidate will assist with the management of staff recruitment, oversee all aspects of on-site and work from home operations including support of scheduling and verification of all staff hours. The Site Director contributes to ongoing process improvement initiatives in order to improve process and drive employee satisfaction, acts as an overarching prime responsible for the site and is accountable to interface with site facilities support.

  • Review and validate the KPI reports on a daily basis
  • Review and plan production needs with Team Leaders
  • Complete weekly Team Leader performance reviews
  • Various administrative tasks related to this position
  • Reach Client KPI on all levels

  • Maintain good communication with all departments
  • Communicate with the Client Account Manager
  • Be part of all activities organized by the contact center
  • Be compliant with PCI policy and rules of Conduct
  • Communicate the messages given by management to Employee
  • Perform any other related duties
  • Ensure training completion
  • Ensure completion of all Client operational requests & audits


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible in terms of working hours
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • Focused on customer service, teamwork and initiative
  • Strong in using Problem Solving Techniques methodologies;
  • Experienced in prioritizing and managing multiple projects at the same time;
  • Communicate professionally and effectively;
  • Must be well organized and excellent time management skills
  • Scheduling knowledge is an asset
