Trainer – Bilingual (Casablanca, Morocco)

Job description

IO Solutions Contact Center is looking for a bilingual (English & French) Trainer for our contact center located in Casablanca, Morocco. Under the supervision of the Training Manager and/or Site Director, the Trainer is responsible for ensuring that all new employees receive a high level of initial training. The Trainer must meet our client’s training needs and requirements and ensure the completion of the training modules.

Responsibilities

  • Provide and facilitate the initial onboarding and product training for the appropriate campaign operations
  • Accompany, follow up and ensure the quality of the new agents’ performance
  • Monitor agent feedback on products and services
  • Ensure the quality of calls with Team Managers and develop training plans based on feedback received
  • Assist and develop technical support manuals as required
  • Develop training manuals for team members

Qualifications

  • Bac+ 2 or more
  • 2 years or more of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent language and communication skills in French and English
  • Flexible availability
  • Good listening skills
  • Good leadership
  • Proficient speaking front of an audience
