We are grappling with a situation that affects us all in a very personal way. Our top priority is to ensure the health and protection of our employees, partners, customers and their communities.
We follow the best practices recommended by Health Canada, the World Health Organization and the recommendations of the Canadian Government in all of our activities.
Ensure the protection of our employees:
It is critically important to make sure that we all do our part to slow the spread of any virus, including COVID-19.
- Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 30 seconds, several times a day.
- We recommend that all our employees wash their hands as soon as they arrive at the workplace, before starting their shift.
- When you cough or sneeze, cover your mouth with a tissue or sneeze into your sweater to prevent spreading.
- Limit physical contact with others; greet each other from afar.
- As social distancing suggests, keep a distance of at least 2 meters from others.
- We have recommended that all of our managers ensure social distancing between employees during group meetings or training.
- Avoid touching your face.
- Avoid crowding the elevators; wait for the next one or take the stairs
At the start of your shift, or after anyone has used your workspace, clean surfaces and any shared items using the disinfectant wipes provided.
Ensure the protection of our partners and customers:
As a preventive measure, public access to our premises has been suspended indefinitely. We invite candidates to apply online on our website or by sending their CV to jobs@ioscenter.com
Until further notice, our interviews will now be done remotely via Skype or Zoom
Limit on the number of people in our offices at all times
Adjustment of the layout of our centers to promote social distancing
Maintaining strict sanitary procedures in all of our offices.
We continue to monitor developments, assess them and take appropriate action.
