We’re excited and pleased to welcome Fadel Chbihna as President of IO Solutions.

Mr. Chbihna served as President of Rogers Quebec, where he was responsible for all regional activities for the Rogers Communications group. Prior to that, he held successive senior positions, such as General Manager Fido Solutions and Senior Vice President, Customer Care & Operations for the Chatr, Fido and Rogers brands.

Mr. Chbihna is widely viewed as a leading expert in how large organisations build differentiation with customer experience and employee focused culture. He was a customer experience advisor for global companies and is a keynote speaker at top industry events.

He is the recipient of multiple prestigious business awards and was recognized, along his team, with the ‘International Prism Award’ by the International Coach Federation in 2015. Mr. Chbihna also serves on the board of directors of La Fondation de la Place de Arts since 2018.

Mr. Chbihna is a graduate of the Harvard Business School with a Diploma in Advanced Management and holds a B. Sc in Biochemistry from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières.
